Warehouse/Garage space?
I thought you meant the Formula 1 go-carts
Yeah, not nearly the same problem with those, especially if electric. The gas powered version might be an issue in some garages, but electric should be pretty safe on the insurance side. All insurance would really care about is the general safety of any people in the warehouse, such as slipping on a wet floor or walking into a ladder.
hehehe yeah... for example, I had my cars at the PTuning meet and their floor was awesome. There's a garage called Arai out in SoCal that opens up for 1:10 scale RC drifting... They set up a track, raise the 1:1 cars on the lifts and drift around them. Pretty sweet
Back in the day there was a place in Beltsville called Off Road Headquarters
They had a huge indoor Dirt track, banked oval on the outside and a carpet track on the other side of the drivers stand.
I wish I had pictures.

That is a nice set-up....
is that a HPI with Brushless motor and lipo battery?
If you find a place let me know! I want to race you

Cale - A hangar would be awesome! Although I know a couple of pilots, I don't know anyone that has hangar space. The Gaithersburg Airpark would be the closest place I can think of...
