Default What does everyone think?

Hey everyone, I just want to get some opinions, I bought these Volk GTUs from another member on the board, and he said that they were in great condition, no scratches rashes chips or bends. Do you guys think they are in "great condition?"
I just want to know if Im over reacting, telling him I'm dissappointed that he didnt describe the rims accurately or if you guys think I'm right for standing up. Thanks in advance, here are some pictures of some of the damage.

don't expect used rims to be in perf condition, overall they seem fine although the first pic makes it seem like its sort of bent but slightly, more importantly how much did you pay for them, if you got them for a good deal then you got a fair deal

I didnt expect them to be in perfect condition until he said that there werent ANY flaws. That misrepresentation is what upset me a little. Because if I knew they were less then great condition I wouldve bought the Advan V2s like planned.

Were they priced VERY well? Or do you feel like you were cheated?
Was the price reasonable for the condition, even if the condition wasn't as represented initially?

Did you not see photos before sending money/accepting the package?
Or if it was a local deal, why did you accept them if they were in this
condition and not what you expected or wanted?

Have you tried to contact the member for a refund/return?

Always remember, caveat emptor.

Yea my opinion on condition would depend on how much you picked them up for. Some good questions raised though by animeS2k. I would be a bit bothered though being told they were perfect and obviously aren't. Overall though if the price was good I probably wouldn't mind to much and just see about having them fixed up a bit later. Thats just me though

Ask yourself this question... are you willing to return them for a refund? If you say 'no', the rest is academic.

Those rims are not in "great condition" regardless if you paid $5,000 or $5. The condition of them doesn't change based on amount paid.

civicguyinva is right. I see this as a false advertisement.
I've seen used rims that were pretty much flawless that have been forsale in the local area; but those rims are fu#$ed up.

excuse me slang.
