I agree. But when talking I find most of his money comes from buying old knackered houses, doing them up and selling them at profit.
Obviously hairdressing has given him the capital but now the real money is from house renovation; that's not including his new Merc as well.
So if I buy a few bricks and a pair a scissors....maybe thats the way.

Hmmm house renovation, there are lots of seminars being touted about at the moment on buying up a property portfolio - not sure about renovations though - I guess youd have to be able to do a fair percentage of the work yourself, and quite frankly I am out of my depth putting up pictures.

M@verick, sure not!!!!! Not trading the S in for a Brabus!
hmmmm mind you I could probably fit four of the buggers into my garage and not have to climb our sideways like I do in the S.

This is great, here people are comparing the S with the boxster.. Over on the US forum the S owners seem more worried by modded Civics.....
