Default Buy my canoe

I have an awesome Colman Ram-X 15 canoe that I would like to sell to make room for a kayak. This canoe has the middle seat kit so you can easily take three people. I bought it new aout 19 years ago and used it about 10 times in the Charles River in Dedham. Then I moved it to the cape and used it twice in my inlet. This canoe has seen no use in the past 10 years and it spent most of its life in my basement. The last two years it has been outside.

It is made of plastic and aluminum and is very low maintenance. It is greenish blue.

Only $125 and you pick it up.

ok so the Charles river is right down the street from my house. Do you know if it is legal to just go canoeing in it? I would love to once the weather starts getting better.

thanks

Yup. You just launch it in. You may have to find an appropriate launch site, but there are plenty of them around. If I didn't sell it, I was going to bring it back to Canton and maybe try to use it in the Neponset river and Houghton's pond.

I see that you used it in the Charles as well...however I mean the Charles river that is directl behind Beacon Hill...I just dont want to have to get pulled over by Coast Gaurd in downtown Boston...

Look at all the boats in there. No problem that I am aware of. I think the biggest problem you will have is lugging the canoe down to the river. That could be a PITA.
