True it is not tax money ... But your tax dollars pay for there incarceration . They broke the law and now are being rewarded ?? They are in there for rehabilitation , not to watch soaps

They could have took the money and used it for better things and gave back to the community. Be it schools , community programs .... extra ...


back to the $850 Billion ... where is it coming from again ?? Doesn't money need to be back by something ? I know when I owe and my back account is empty , I can not just HOPE for more ?? some say they are just going to print it does that not just lessen the value of the dollar we have now which intern would increase our national debt more as the dollar decreases in value ...

They way I heard it is this bill will cost the American Tax payer $3300 each . The government cant increase spending and decrease taxes . The money needs to come from somewhere .
