You might want to include some additional info like color... some folks care about that. Price seems a bit high even with the lower milage.
I am interested to see if you get that price as my 01 has only 8K miles more than yours.

I paid $19,500 from a dealer for my 2003 last year, with 26k miles on it. I wouldn't say it's perfect 10 our of 10 but it's a 9.5 out of 10 in my book. Normal small scratches, 2 curbed wheels. Leather looks ok, but not perfect. Just for reference.

nope an 01 with 31k MIGHT bring 17 -
heck thomas' 02 with 40k only brought in 14k at trade in and that car was spotless
there is no way an 7 year old car will bring in more that 50% of the new sell price
just have a look at the for sale section for prices
