Dimitry, On the plus side for you i would give you
on your interviewing skills. That will surely impress and land you a great job someday over another suitable candidate with lesser interviewing skills. It is amazing how many people that cannot sell themselves or show interest in a company that they are prospectively seeking work with.

Impressive stuff, Dmitriy. Please indulge me as I make some observations. First, I don't think I'd mention Countrywide by name in the cover letter, given the really bad press they've been getting. Next, I don't think "learnt" is used properly in your letter. Probably "learned" would be a better choice. And finally, the "Minuteman to the State Champions" gives no idea of WTF that is. Drop the specific name and refer to whatever sport you're talking about.
