Probably "learned" would be a better choice. And finally, the "Minuteman to the State Champions" gives no idea of WTF that is.

I would keep Countrywide named in there. Regardless of the company's dubious practices, you weren't responsible for that. Not having the name of the company in there makes it a bit more suspicious.

Also, that line should read: "...met and exceeded..."

Tenses need to match...

I kept Countrywide in there. I agree with Bruce but at the same time most employers I went on interviews with said that is the reason why they noticed me is the company and my accomplishments there.

Believe it or not people do respect Countrywide out there.
