Another interview today....
Dimitry, In addition to Bruce's suggestions the following line should also be edited
Ensured the store and the employees meet and exceed their sale goals on daily bases.
edit to:Ensured the store and the employees meet and exceeded their sales goals on daily basis.

Should it read: Ensured the store and the employees met and exceeded their sales goal on a daily basis?
Ensured is past tense, so I'm pretty sure it should it should be met, not meet in that sentence.
Dimitiry, Since I haven't been on a job interview in about 18 years, my advice is probably worth .01 vs the usual .02. One thing I do know, your resume has to be without errors - typing or grammatical. HR people look at resumes with errors and ASSume if you can't take the time to get the resume correct, you might not be a very detail oriented person.

the original line was mixing tenses.
Those nuns pounded some of that stuff into my head. In most instances, I can't cite the specific rules of grammar, but I get by anyway.

I am not an English major either but I have yet to find a circumstance, within the conventional constructs of the English language, where two consecutive commas would be appropriate however.

Good catch! EDITED!!!!Good thing I'm not typing his resume.
