I ran last year at import wars when all I had was an intake. It was my first time at the track, but I did decent: 14.2 @ 98.6 MPH. Thats with a 7500 RPM launch. Anything less than 7000 and it bogs badly. My first run was 14.8 with a 5500 RPM launch. Gained over half a second with a good launch so it makes a big dif. I imagine I should be in the mid to low 13's with the 50 shot, we will see. I may go up on Friday night and race, then race on Saturday too. Since they have import wars once a month now, have heard people telling me it wasnt packed at all. Matter of fact at the last one they ended up opening the track to test/tuners while the bracket races were goin on because there werent that many people.

Hey Jeff, I might want to try this out some night. We should try to get the club to go up as a group and have our own little shoot-out!

If there is an interest in hvaing a Dyno Day in Worcester? PM me and I'll organize it. I need to install and tune my V-afc within the next few weeks.

Bear, how much are they charging up there? I hear it's like $100/hr. If so, it's not really worth it since CD only charges $50/hr with wideband O2.

But I know for a fact that a bone stock 01 S2k puts down a bit less power than the newer ones (around 188-195) VS 195-202.
I dont think this is true. I put down 204 on my 01 s2k (with only aem cai) and after install and tuning of vafc was at 209 peak hp.

NE dyno charges about $55 each and you get 3-4 runs (that's if you have a group of 10+). That's what they charged clubrsx NE.

I said stock. AEM CAI doesn't come stock
But it's true. 80% off the bone stock dynos that I've seen for 01 vs 02-03, the newer S2k's make 3-4 more peak HP.
You can ask around on this forum and I'm sure someone will tell you why the newer ones make a few more horses I heard it's cause of the ECU or intake manifold.

What's up Jay? It's Claudio. You ready for Hot import nights
There's 2 pics of your car here

Ahh, NE dyno is too much then. CD is unlimited for $50, I'll stick there. I may head up to the track on Friday, but I am planning on going Saturday so I doubt it.
