ok well my gas light will come on when i have 4 bars left for gas. but it changes to some times it wont come on untill i have 2 bars left? what going on with it? is the sensor going bad?

 

normal, my car has always done that. It changes depending on how level the tank is.

 

Just what zippy said. It depends on how you are using your tank of gas. If you are hammering on the car its going to assume that you will be going through gas faster. If you are taking it easy, then its going to give you more leway. thats my 2 cents

 

gee mine usually doesn't turn on till 1 bar.
