I'm heading off to work this morning in very light traffic through a residential neighborhood with no traffic behind me. From a side street, a white Buick pulls out in front of me, forcing me to tap the breaks. Guess he couldn't see a bright NFR. As we approach the next light, he hits his left signal, long before the intersction, so I have no idea if he's turning at the corner or into one of the driveways. He stops in the line of traffic waiting at the light. Then, with his left signal still on, he pulls out the right and I think he's changed his mind, but, nio, he pulls in front of the car in front of him. Apparently, this driver had left room if people were goong to be turning into the gas station.

Now comes the good part. The door of car in front of me starts to open. The diver starts to get out. I'm thinking somebody's PO'd. The guy's dressed in black. Then I see he's wearing his service pistol. YES! Here's a cop right when you want one! He goes up to the window of the white BUick has a few words with the driver and returns to his car, looking at me with a big grin and shaking his head as I give him a big .

What kind of vehicle was the officer in? Crown Vic?

 

That is awesome! There are just way to many bad drivers and people not paying attention out there. I drive very defensively especially in my little car

 

Must have been his personal car, a black, beater looking Buick with regular plates.

 

Nice. I hate bad drivers.
