are your headers back on tightly?

might be the nuts buzzing as they back off or a loose gasket.

you sure your headers are back on tight, all the nuts? Even one loose one can cause some movement however slight it could be creating the noise your hearing.

Def. check your header bolts first, and than if not that its hard to make a diagnosis without hearing the noise first hand, make a video if you can a short clip of the noise.

I got it ...

It is because you have one to many headers ... you should only have a header in your car , it is the other one rattling

Maybe the 710 cap fell off and is stuck somewhere causing the vibration.

Twiztid - Thats just plain rediculous but funny as fertilizer

LazyP - cap isnt there i checked and re-checked. i put an ARC cap on looks cool. thought it would take the noise away but didnt.. (hmm maybe i shouldve gotten a Mugen one)
