You say you checked the bolts on the header. So, I assume that means the ones at the head end of it. Did you check at the cat end too?

I had a similar noise after replacing the header on my 900rr once. I thought it was valve noise and was upset until I realized a few of the header bolts were oh so slightly loose. It can make strange noise and that is what you were working on before the noise started.

Also, maybe the heat shield is rattling now.

Maybe the 710 cap fell off and is stuck somewhere causing the vibration.
Possible that the cap is between the engine and firewall, but not that it would rattle as its just plastic. Did you ever find the cap Luis?

I got it ...

It is because you have one to many headers ... you should only have a header in your car , it is the other one rattling

Stock.
as Ferdinand Porsche was quoted as saying,"it is easy to make a change, the hard part is making an improvement.

so I am curious if anybody has demonstrated and measured that improvement.

We call exhaust manifolds header(s) because a header is a pipe that serves as a central connection for two or more smaller pipes... Sooo... technically that contains three headers
