Well picture this..........out for a drive on the highway late at night. Cruzing along in the left lane doing just over 75. Comming up on a BLACK RICE ROCKET CIVIC hatch back. Picture this as you roll up behind him. First you notice the huge silver air vent in the rear bumper to do GOD KNOWS WHAT.(help improve aerodynamics?) Below you see a chromed lower tie bar gleeming from your HID's. Tinted windows all around HUGE exhust humming along. BRRRRRRRR. OH YEA! Then you see inside gleeming the light from a absolutely gigantic rpm guage.(as if the stock is not good enough)

Then you glance at the licence plate............and procede to just about swerve all over the road from your laughter and teers in your eyes. It reads ###-RCE
