Can anyone confirm that 15 year old cars do not get plugged in for OBD2 emissions tests in MA. I'm getting mixed search results, some say they still plug in and test. Others say they just skip the plug and just perform safety test.

99 and down do not get OBD inspections, I'm a Lisc inspector
