then i added a few big dashes of worcestershire and mixed everything together



and i let it sit for about 20 minutes so that the flavors blend together

once done - i find that if you makea one biga meatballa.. it's easier to put into the mini loaf pan



did that three times



and tossed into a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes (17 mintues left!!)

Steve, once again dinner looks pretty good.

Some day you will make someone a very good

We are still microwaving, cooking on a single burner and washing any dishes that aren't paper/plastic in a dishpan on the bathroom counter. Floor should be tiled by the end of the weekend, cabinets due for delivery early next week, door will be hung tomorrow. We're getting there.

Not to your thread (but I will) this is what the kitchen still looks like.
