next step is to dredge the chicken in the egg and then in the bread crumbs

i do this twice becuase i like a nice coating

now get your frying oil ready - i use a fryolator but you could use a cast iron pan or even a reg frying pan with oil

ok ready for the next step

you should coat your chicken with some pasta sauce

and now coat it

add some cheese

and toss into your pre-heated oven

now toss your pasta in the boiling water because it only take five minutes

give it a stir

after five minutes you're ready to plate

wow that was good!!

That would be Lipitor. You were doing OK with the chicken, until you deep fried the darn thing.

OK, the cook at our house (mostly Rick) deserves all modern appliances. We got a new refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher to as part of the ongoing renovation. The stove is relatively new and in good shape, but something was missing to keep the cook happy.

So I picked this up for him tonight.

All cooks should have a nice flat screen TV to cook by.

He likes the TV on when he cooks and the other one was quite bulky. This will do the trick nicely.

About that. They will tile the floor tomorrow and Saturday, and grout it on Monday. I think cabinet delivery is Tuesday or Wednesday. Hopefully, the project can be wrapped up by the following week, and the painter can come and do his thing and make it look nice.

Oh, I'm impressed with the meals you prepare for yourself. If I was alone, it would be popcorn and take out food. I'd need the Liptor too.
