on tonight's menu we are going to make chicken parm with some bucatini - for those unfamiliar with Bucatini it's my favorite pasta

it's a dried pasta made throughout Italy, bucatini look like thick spaghetti and earned their name because they are hollow (buco means 'hole)

Lainey - what is that drug i'll be needing soon???

so you want to start with a chicken breast and flatten it i used my fist but you could use a meat tenderizer (hammer looking thing for food)



next i trim all the white stuff off the breast



and then i season the breast with some Italian seasoning and let it sit for a few minutes



while the chicken is sitting i'll get my pots ready for the Bucatini and the sauce
