From what I hear Steve meets some pretty interesting women on the coupon board! They just love his countertops!

It's kind of like the Twilight Zone, some very strange people hang out there. I'm not sure you ever get to totally come back to reality after spending time there, just ask Steve.

on tonight's menu we are going to make chicken parm with some bucatini - for those unfamiliar with Bucatini it's my favorite pasta

it's a dried pasta made throughout Italy, bucatini look like thick spaghetti and earned their name because they are hollow (buco means 'hole)

so you want to start with a chicken breast and flatten it i used my fist but you could use a meat tenderizer (hammer looking thing for food)



next i trim all the white stuff off the breast



and then i season the breast with some Italian seasoning and let it sit for a few minutes



while the chicken is sitting i'll get my pots ready for the Bucatini and the sauce
