If only 90% of the world / economy / computer users were in the field of graphic arts. Then you would be right, until then Steve wins.
Actually, Steve loses because he is not on a Mac...

Look at all the nonsense peripherals they tacked on. And it looks like the picture used 40ft cords on each of the components rolled up like a garden hose. With my wireless keyboard and mouse I have exactly 2 wires visible, the power and VGA to my monitor

Nope, just making Doug feel worse.

I believe the Dell counterpart would be something along the lines of a DVD to watch on their laptop with somebody trying to figure out how they could watch a DVD on a macbook air.

I usually have a few more wires going around my computer - but that's because I run my PS2 through my desktop monitor.

I think I hav 4, maybe 5, wires coming from my desktop...

Wireless keyboard/mouse receiver (2 because I like my Microsoft wireless ergonomic keyboard and my HP rechargeable mouse), optical audio, power, DVI to the monitor, printer cable

Now, I don't know about the iMacs you guys use...but the one in the pic doesn't have half the peripherals that the Dell has... Or is that just me?

Exactly...

But it has been so damn quiet around here, I'm just trying to get things wound up.

I could say something political about McCain but that would only hurt some people's feelings...

Trust me, I appreciate the effort, but it won't happen...
It takes something far more important than what is your operating system to get me anywhere close to upset.
