Hate that too. We both had crappy days so we went out to dinner tonight.....Thursday is supposed to be going out to dinner night, not Wednesdays. I'm gonna be all messed up tomorrow.

They are promising us a warm day. I'll hit the streets after work

Walking that is.

 

They are forcasting rain on Friday and Saturday and parts of Sunday.

Great, I'll have plates on both cars, and won't be able to drive, because with both of them being so perfectly spotless right now, I just can't get them filthy on their 1st drive.

 

One of my local members showed up with his new car last night. We are all sad to see him sell his beautiful S, but every one of us understood why...

I have to say, the orange color of the '08 Z06 is just about the perfect color.



I will say this though, that damn relay in the upper dash that controls the putting up of the window when you close the door is pathetic for an $80k car, what a joke. I have been in plenty of BMWs that cost 1/2 that, and they too have had frameless windows that automatically drop the window a bit when the door is opened and then puts it back up when the door is closed, AND I HAVE NEVER heard this loud click, click, click click click, click, click like the Z06 does. Something small like that would drive me right up the wall...

 

Will they melt if they get wet? What happens if you're out for a drive and you hit rain? Do you pull over and go home and get the trailer?

 

^ No, it's just that both cars got 3+ hours of detailing before they went into storage, and I plan to keep them clean for more than 2-minutes...

 

Take a deep breath, go out for a ride......wash them again.
