Yeah, too bad they aren't planning a model with any balls at this point. I a nice CR-Z Si with the RSX engine in it would kick ass.

Honestly, I don't want that, I want the state-of-the-art hybrid technology with neck breaking torque, the amount you will never get from a small 4, and great fuel economy. I say it is time we start changing our preconceived notions about what makes a car really sporty.

RSX Type S
2 liters in-line 4
Premium unleaded fuel 91
Fuel economy EPA highway (mpg): 31 and EPA city (mpg): 23
Power: 210 HP SAE @ 7,800 rpm; 143 ft lb @ 7,000 rpm

CR-Z Rumor
1.3 liters in-line 4
Regular unleaded fuel 87
Fuel economy 66
Power: 118HP; 268 ft lb

I'd rather have a car that *is* fast, rather than *feels* fast. No matter how much torque a car has, it's hp that determines how fast it is.

That Tq sounds nice, but how does it do on a pull at highway speed? I am not ready to give up my loud exhaust notes just yet either. They say we may start running out of oil after 2050. I think we can enjoy it for a few more years before we give up the pleasures of combustion engines.

Another thing to consider is that these electric motors aren't tunable like gas engines. I like tinkering so if you take away that fun, I will see no point anymore.

I love my car Now there's something none of you knew I got no plans to buy anything else even if I win the lottery

It's at the dealership for a dash rattle right now though That kind of noise is just not acceptable in a car this expensive.

And I'm getting yet another oil change. I've driven quite a bit since mid April: big trip to the Glen, big trip to PA, trip to brake meet...

x2. My pops Dakota feels real fast from 1000-2000rpm and then it falls on its face to the point my Neon feels faster.
