Autocross gone wrong

I don't Autocross, but this must have been hella scary! I guess he got the wRong lugnuts from what I gather... Ouch

What, all four wheels, did it actually have lug nuts on? It looks like they did but dang. that is a serious gaff. And costly as it looks like everything under body must have got crushed.

what did somebody substitute plastic lug nuts or something?

I can't understand how they could come off that fast on all four wheels.
somebody must have deliberately backed all of them out all of the way then given them a quarter twist back in. wheels just don't do that.

Looked like the drivers rear had sheared studs......perhaps the kid had major specers and the lougs only had a few threads on them?

Sucks though......not too many FD3's around anymore.
