i would find a much better shop than maaco - in my area i use FHS restoration in Franklin - top notch work and fair prices
also check around the trunk rubber bumpers on the trunk lid as this is a common spot for rust on the s2000s

I knew what Dave meant. Whats the big deal. No reason to bicker about it.
So yeah just remove the rust by any means necessary and touch it up.
Shouldn't be a big deal. I did that on my fender. I am sure Google can pull up plenty of info.

I can't believe that I forgot to mention that it is my beater (explorer) not the S.Basically I'm just looking for the cheapest possible way to contain the rust.
