Better Business Bureau if they will not resolve!
BBB is a waste of time imho.

in my area but i've never heard of this shop. I'd make a claim against the shop, and if they don't resolve it, right up the street in Rockville Town Center is the court house. Stop in and file a small claims case..

Thanks for the heads up zzziippyyy

When I went there the first time, I had a hole in my top. I asked that they just replace the vinyl cover and they told me that one cannot just replace the vinyl, they told me I needed to get a new frame!!! Was that even true or did they REALY SCREW ME!

just to be clear, you do mean just the vinyl material, not the metalic frame right?

Yes, you can even order the material in different colors if you want. No need to buy a new frame. They jerked you around.

Adler Mandel has been around for ever, they do most of the Dealers work for any upholstery jobs.

I just had my top replaced (under warranty) some shop in Laurel did the work, they did a great job. Not sure who did it other than it was not Adler Mandel.

i took mine to Heritage Honda. They were great, found an oem vinyl top (just the fabric, not the frame) and installed it. It was actually pretty cheap and it was only snug for a few weeks (could hear the old frame cringe and squeak for that time but it was still easy to latch).

i'm sorry about the crappy treatment and job.
