Your diet should contain the following amount of Protein a day:

Dave why so little? Sheesh. I like my see food diet better. I see it, I eat it. 
Also if you are on a diet such as Daves, you do not need fast absorbing protein *Whey* but instead Casein Protein before you go to sleep. It is a slow absorbing protein.

Excessive multivitamin intake has been shown to increase the risk of prostate cancer. Moreover, since there's practically no proof that a multivitamin really helps anyone with access to even half-decent food, I just don't bother taking one at all.
I eat a banana almost every day. I buy OJ with the Calcium + vitamin D for whatever that's worth, mostly because I don't drink milk. And when I do, I get soymilk with lots of vitamins added in. But I try to get my intake from as natural a source as possible rather than in a lab-refined pill form. I find it's generally much cheaper and more pleasant that way.

The Vitamin C thing really works! There was one week I was on the edge of getting a cold. You know, the throat starts feeling funny and stuff.
I overdosed Vitamin C by drinking glasses of orange juice with pulps and eating two oranges a day. I got through it without getting sick.
