A lot of talks about Zinc. I wonder where can we get zinc from natural sources on the cheap.

According to Wikipedia, Oysters, liver, beef, wheat, cheese, and shrimp (in that order) are foods with relatively high concentrations of zinc. Liver seems to deliver the best bang/buck, though.

I wouldn't hesitate to take a zinc supplement now and then, but I'd rather eat a fortified food than take a one-dose pill that has way more zinc than you can possibly absorb or use. I think Zinc is like vitamin C in that if your body doesn't need it, it doesn't absorb it. So taking a big pill won't help much.

Speaking of absorption, my son is big into working out and he started
taking creatine...well one day while on the throne he discovered that
the pill he took had a small problem dissolving.

Good place to get supplement on line is here: 1fast400.com

Shipping is between 2-5 days and usually just $5.95... plus once you place an order, you get a 10% code discount for the next time you order. Good deal.
