Default Upgrades?

OK, so the S2000 comes as a pretty nice package, but what do you guys think is worth the money for an upgrade? Something reasonably priced, ie not a supercharger/ turbo. Just something small that you can't live without or are really impressed with. I hear that the seat locks are a must and the stereo needs upgrading, but what about performance? Is it not worth the extras?
I know I can search other forums on the subject, but I would like to know what you guys think.

Pads, Brake fluid and lines....

Intake maybe exhaust if you want to lighten the load and change the note a little.

Well if you wanted a quick hit on:

Performance - Get a Cold Air Intake (I got the comptech and very satisfied).

Sights - Front lip spoiler (oem is nice).

Sounds - Get yourself a couple of S-pods.

I'm scheduling in March to make a purchase on a used S. I've noticed that during the winter the prices seem to drop a little. This way I'll have my civic as my winter car and the S for play. With the 05's coming out soon I'll be looking for an 02'

The car is great stock, BUT one of the best things about owning this car is the GREAT selection of MODS. Searching for the right part, getting the right price and figuring out how to install, should all be part of the fun.

Without a doubt, the glovebox organizer... my first, and second-favorite mod (the SC has to be at the top afterall).

I've started very slowly on the mods...compared to Steve! I've done a few things, very small, but I think my first "real" upgrade would have to be an exhaust system as there is zero tone from the stock exhaust! Oh yeah...beware of the '04s...Steve, myself, and a few other '04 owners can vouch that there comes stock with every '04 a "Please Hit Me" sign. Although invisable to you...very visiable to other drivers. I think Steve just got his back from the body shop and mine's due back by the latest Thursday! Most important...just have fun...modding is all about having fun and enjoying your car...oh spending lots of money too, but we'll just keep that to ourselves!
