Default Windshield replacement

I've got a couple of small rock chips in my windshield, and I'm figuring I'd get it replaced before I'm due later this month for an inspection sticker. Anyone have any good or bad experiences with this? Do tell!

Not me, NH makes you pay for glass.

I would have replaced the windshield in my Accord years ago because
it is so pitted.

Bruce, Steve is right. I have used Giant 3 times on my S's over the years. They do a good job and I would use them again.

Bruce,
IMHO take it to someplace with a shop where more than one person will be putting it in.
I had the windshield in the ML replaced and the guy got it slightly off center.
When the outside temp was between 42 and 52 degrees the damn thing would squeak on bumps.
Quite annoying.

^^^ That's anal.

The glass in the S is so small that one guy can handle it easily.

Plus, since they do it in your driveway, you can watch and make sure they don't F something up.

I would go to a place that put OEM glass back in.

Giant Glass' commercials are annoying.

nope unless you pay extra for oem then you'll get aftermarket which is no big deal as they are all the same

They used PPG glass on mine. Seems to be fine but now that I have the whole thing tinted, who knows
