Billman Does it Again
I want to extend a big thanks to none other than Billman250. He fixed my S2000 and my girlfriend's RX330.
While I would back out of my driveway I would hear a cracking / creaking noise coming from the front. I did some research and it was possibly a TSB where the arm joints were tearing away from the car or possibly a loose alignment bolt.
I brought the car to Bill at his shop (RPM). He put it on the alignment machine and the arm joints were ok. Now for the alignment. Well, none of my tires were even close to spec. The whole machine showed all red. I had wheels with positive camber when it should have been negative and wheels toed out instead of in. All in all it was very bad.
Well an hour later my car was perfectly aligned and the noise was gone. The noise was being caused by a loose alignment bolt. I then got new front tires mounted and slapped on. The car hasnt felt this good in a long time.
The next day I bought my girlfriend's RX330 out for an alignment as well. It wasnt as out of whack as mine but it still needed some fixing. She also got 2 tires rebalanced to fix a front end shake.
