Default Front Ticket Question

Well a little while ago i parked my S on the street in LIC and i couldnt move it b.c of a problem with my alarm. I recieved two front plate tickets that week. (never got one while driving tho). I sent both tickets in with no guilty and the reason was b.c i said it was stolen. Now they sent me back an email and said If i plead guilty they will lower my front plate ticket fine to $43 down from $65 for both tickets. Or i can not take it and the ticket will be reviewed by a judge and they will tell me within one month the decision. What should i do?

take the lowered amount...

i had 2 front plate tickets and 2 exp. inspection tickets due at 65 each

they lowered it to 45

i ignored it...

the judge reviewed it...said i didn't provide enough crap even though documentation as well as a picture of it mounted was given.

now im stuck paying the original 65 for them...

$270 dollar total...such bullshit.

You got the police report to prove it was stolen?

i had a run in with the guy at dunkin donuts, i bought him a coffee and talked it over. he left me alone from there on out.

If you go to court to fight it you will need proof.
