Hello all..
Hey all.. I purchased an 05 s2k about 2months ago, never introduced myself to the board.
I've put roughly 3k onto the car.. I love driving it! I've noticed some areas that need to be addressed though..
Have any of you removed the CDV (clutch delay valve)?
...who enjoys the feeling of a slipping clutch? why did honda do this to a sports car? damn. anyone know more about this?
My car's factory sticker says "Pre-wired for XM Satelite Radio"
...does that mean the car is fully XM equipped? brain/antenna..etc?
Here's a quick shot of the s2k:
Look forward to seeing the locals on the road..

An 05 is the best year, don't listen to the noob above...
As for the CVD, I removed mine and the car is a lot more positive when engaging. The CVD was introduced along with the larger engine package and flywheel. Both the larger flywheel and CDV were big mistakes for enthusiasts but broadened the market for those who didn't speed-shift and used the car as a daily driver. As far as XM, it's wired, but the brain and antenna are not there.. Just the wiring harness.

Yes... For my tastes the fly wheel, clutch (the whole thing), and brakes are too soft.
