Good seeing you guys there. Got home at 11:30PM. 774 miles on the return trip. After talking to Bill and Mike, I think next year the covoy will be broken up into two, one early, and one late. The early convoy will leave Monday the 8th at night. Something I learned over the years....once you get out of a major city the towns don't really have too many units on highways. The few cops out are patrolling the streets and highway troopers are a financial organization. They put them out where they do the most damage, during the day. There just arent enough cars on the road to warrant a major police presence in the middle of the night in smalltown USA, and thus, there is MINIMAL police. I did not see a trooper after I reached MD on 81.
