My tops got a hole in it.
I've had the car for a little over a year now, and my top is starting to form a hole. It's not really a problem now, but It definitely will be sometime soon. I want to bring it in to the dealer, but i've got a few mods that might get me in trouble... ie. **** my warranty status. I have a header back exhaust and lowering springs installed.

it is still covered by your warranty. take it back to the dealer and get it replaced. the mods will not effect your top. they can not legally deny you a claim for a ripped top because you are lowered and have an exhaust. these did not cause your ripped top.

If the wear does not show on the outside and you don't mind patching the inside, you could buy a patch made for soft tops at a marine shop. Cost less than $10. This will prevent the wear to get any worse. I've got 2 of them on mine when I noticed the inside wearing. They help up well in 1.5 years.
