i think ive seen 40 of them already, the deal is they decided to go through with it but their not charging us to get them. thats what i think they decided.

you will be required to switch to these when renewing your registration. - EDIT: maybe not

i heard these new plates have microchips in them so cop cars can scan the license plates just by pulling behind you - not sure how true this is.
