Hey everybody the Hurricane is all over the news here in L.A. My Mom said it's just sprinkling in Middleburg. Hope you all stay safe! BTW we had a 4.0 earthquake yesterday What a ride! At least you have warning.

I got my generator all set and ready to go. I even have a freshly built enclosure to make it a little harder for someone to take it.

hey! Charlie
Glad you survived the earthquake. Hopefully no one on here suffers any serious damage whether they believe it to be hype or are prepared. As they say better safe than sorry.
How is the CR-Z? Hope you are having fun with it

Hey Aashish, no damage with the quake just alot of shaking. Is it raining in Albany? My Mom is freaking out, I told her to stay put and if she needs to go head to the shelter.

I can empathize with her freaking out considering she was affected last year with Irene. The State seems to be well prepped this time around. If she is in a designated evac zone, then it is best she leaves right now. If not, she should wait it out. The emergency guys will get to her if she needs to move. Hopefully she has stocked up on drinking water & canned food.
No heavy rain so far. Wind has kicked up a notch and light drizzle on and off since this AM.
