I wish it was me, but my S revs to 4 K with out moving due to a fecked clutch. Other wise, it could well have been me as I live right there. I passed a red S2k on friday moring at 6:45 on western near 155 in my beater, anybody know who that was?

If it was last Friday, you might have caught a glimpse of me out for a quick run with the S. I have a very busy weekend this year and it didn't allow much seat time. I should be easier to find now that I have the new 17" WR1s on the car.

Hioctcane, did I see u on western ave near xgates today (mem day)at ~11:30 am? If not, perhaps it is the spa mystery S2K.
I spoke to the guy who owns the silver one always parked in home depot on washington ave ext. Nice guy. He bought the first S2K in the area second hand. Told him to come on the forum.
Nice rims Was there a lot of prep work for painting the calipers?

That was me. I was on my way to a picnic in Knox, and there was no way I was driving anything else up the Helderbergs. I sent my wife and kids in the sport-ute. As for the wheels. It took me 4 full hours to do them. You must clean the calipers first with a degreaser and then fully dry them. I used the G2 system, good stuff and it really sets up well. I had to go over the calipers with several thin coats. The nice thing is that it dries quickly so you can do each wheel on the car and then start at the beginning again with another coat. I took it out the S tonight as well and blasted around on some on/off ramps before bringing her in for the night.

Any talk about Spa and I get excited
We had such a wonderful weekend here, I know I put lots of miles on mine! Now it is all clean and sitting in the garage, waiting to go again...
bigfishs, good luck with that clutch! It's funny you mention about passing an S while in your beater. I get so excited when I see another S I often forget what I'm driving. Just last night I flashed my lights and waved at a beautiful New Formula Red, the guy gave me the weirdest look, then I realized I was in the CRX-SiR

Mark, here is the link. You won't be sorry. I also had an issue with the paint on one of my calipers cracking last fall. I think that I might have not cleaned one as well as the others. I contacted the factory, and immediately was taken care by Cynthia Lucero who was a customer service rep. She sent me enough new paint to do all the wheels again if I wanted at no charge.
