Default Woo Hoo! Swaybar just arrived

As much as I don't like to be home sick, it did cheer me up when the doorbell rang and my Small Fortune, (Gendron), swaybar had arrived!

Now I wish I wasn't sick so I could go out to the shop and install it.

I'll do it for you. For free.

You get what you pay for. And I promise not to sabotage anything...

Wow, what agreat guy!

Let me guess, you'll remove the stock bar and forget to install the new one. Or I'll find a broken 1st gen Comtech in it's place.

No no, he will install the bar, I'll even help him. Now the endlinks, well I think those are optional arn't they I heard sometimes they rub on the shocks so maybe its best just to leave them off

What range does your Gendron bar cover from min to max settings?

Hey Chris,

Sorry for the late reply, I was out of town for a couple of weeks.

Gendron didn't give me any specs on the range, and I'm too old to figure out the math!

Let me know when you or Jeff need help setting up your cars! <lol>

Bill has finally reached the Internet age and has a (gasp) website and email address. Check out http://www.smallfortuneracing.com/...

Thanks for the link, I thought I had read some place that you could get different wall thickness (stiffness) bars for it. Its interesting that the site doesn't give any general feeling for how each thickness compares to the stock bar as far as rate goes.

Gendron does sell different bars. If I remember correctly they were all 1.25 o.d., but one was solid and then there were two hollow bars with different i.d. I went with the solid because that appears to be the preferred bar of the serious autocrossers
