Congrats Scottie! You still in the health care industry?

As for the apartment. My advice is to make sure you are living well within your means. Don't rack up the credit and save to buy a place. Good luck

Thanks guys, im still looking to go into speech pathology fingers crossed i get into IU next semester. But right now im working as a pre school teacher apparently out here you dont need to be certified to do it but hey its a fun job. I was planning to only use my credit card for emergency's like if my car breaks down or something. Other than that it will not be used i hope lol.

you will think that within 3 months of living in an apartment, you will have everything you need......ive been at my place for 3 years and i still have to run out nd buy shit because i dont have it at home.

the #1 thing i learned, become very friendly with your neighbors....they can make life difficult. all my neighbors love me and never give me problems....let me borrow tools, and feed my fish when im away.

you are in for the time of your life....nothing beats living alone man. you can do whatever you want, whenever you want.

make sure you stock up on cleaning supplies and dont get lazy.
you will need to clean....ALOT.
toilets and floors dont clean themselves. lol

make sure you buy a nice Bong for your apartment once you move in. lol
