"OH YOU BETCHA" I just got my dec 2001 issue of Motor Trend magazine. If you go to page 126 on the bottom left hand corner it say this, COMPTECH RSX TYPE-S EXHAUST with the immediate success of acuras new rsx, Comptech has just developed a new cat-back exhaust system claimed to deliver 10 extra hp at the rear wheels as well as a rich throaty tone for $695. ph#916/933-1080. "G WOW" If I buy this exhaust for my S2000 that means that I will get 10 hp at the front wheels right "MORE LIKE YEH RIGHT" Barneys!

 

didn't know the RSX was rear wheel drive

 

It is if you only drive in reverse.

 

I noticed that error as well. I sent an email to the editor because there were a ton of errors in that issue. I believe they also stated in the article about the RSX that the RSX engine was a derivative of the S2K engine. oooppsssss

You shouldn't believe everything you read or hear about ... Seriously, this is one very fair example of what marketing does to product sales for unwary consumers. You have nobody to blame at the end of the day but yourself if you land yourself in a situation like that.
