11 year old charged with sexual assault
what the hell is the world coming to? I am guessing the 11 year old's parents are not really a part of his life.
My oldest son is 10. I can't even imagine him robbing some old lady, putting a rubber on (as the story says) then attempting to rape her.
Apparently the 11 year old ordered her to take her clothes off.... then a second kid tried to rape her.
This kids parents should go to jail.....but then the jails are already beyond capacity with other idiots.....

What puts you in a position to say his parents should go to jail? It is only partially the parents' fault. It was not the intention of the parents for their son to rape an old lady.
That kid should go to jail, not his parents. Of course they should have been watching him like a hawk, but they did not teach him to rape anybody. Bad parenting is not always the answer, but most of the time it is found to be at the root of it.

I always thought you were responsible for your kids actions until they turn 17 or 18? I would hope the parents didn't say "go rob and rape and old lady", but they must be some great parents to not notice the kid is robbing people....
Most 11 year olds are in about 5th-6th grade..... they watch nickalodean (nice spelling), maybe beg for an earring, talk on the phone a lot and go to the movies with friends ... they don't slap on a rubber and try to rape people....
Shouldn't the parents have been there for the kid?
I completely agree that the parents obviously did not give him enough attention, however, this "I can't go to jail, I'm too young" thing is the biggest piece of bullsh!t I've ever heard. Now, The parents should be punished by visiting the kid in jail for at least two hours a day...though he's probably ruined by now.
What if he's an orphan?
What if he was raised by a sibling?
I just found it odd that you so very quickly jumped to such a conclusion.
