Yea I know it would be alot of fun to have a fast roadster during college but no backseat= no office space
. Really though an S2K just doesn't fit well in college life where the ability to haul around yourself and 3 or 4 buddies is much better than yourself and one friend. Just not darn practical enough, besides which theres always life after college for the impractical toys of life.

He's got a 4.0 GPA ( don't know if grades has anything to do with it). My point is, S2K!!!! Everyone else has a car, let them drive on their own haha.
But honestly, having a two seater during college will be fine. A lot of my friends are moving away to college and won't even have cars. A lot of people in college don't have cars at all.
This is my opinion but depending on your situation, it's all you.
But anyways, what college are you going to attend? Freshman?
I'm gonna be attending UC Riverside as a Freshman.
Well I've still got one year of high school to finish off this year but In all likelyhood I'll be attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical University starting next fall. I wish I could afford the damn 330Ci because getting that would be no big loss in power from the S2K(still not quite as fast as an S2K but fast enough) but the 330 is just to much of a committment for me financially right now(Re: Big Loan
) . I still really haven't made my decision as to which car to go with so I'm still not at the point of no return so to speak. I've already brought this topic up before though in S2000 Talk and the concensus from most S2Ker's in college was that the BMW would be the better choice really. The way I look at it I should be able to sell the BMW at a decent price once I'm out of college and hopefully get myself a 07' S2K for a graduation present
. Good luck with college man and keep it real on the West Coast for me haha.
