Our custodian empties the trash in a few buildings, mops some of the floors, drives to the bank to make a daily deposit and 1 time a week attempts to clean the bathrooms and vacuums the carpet in the offices...

He is always walking at a snail's pace, he sits around and talks to the office ladies, etc.... that seems like pretty good $ for something that anyone could do....?

he also gets 6% 401k / profit sharing match, annualy $750 bonus, good vacation pay, good health insurance, etc.... this one job probably costs the company $43k....

seem like normal pay for that job to you?

He bitches that I tell him that he sucks at cleaning our bathroom and vacuuming... ahahha... Right now he is talking to my payroll lady (and I am surfing the internet).

30k is a lot of money to be a janitor..really..YOU must live in Montana or something cause 30k is NOTHING..I can't even imagine having to clean after people for that little amount...NO THANKS!!!!

he has been here for a while but i didn't realize he was brining in $30k.... we have some clerks who barely make more than that and they actually do important shit.....
