Default 3D S2k

hey guys, first post here, nice forum btw. I do 3D as a hobby and I love my cars as much as the next guy, so Im planning on making a several cars in 3D all modified JDM's ofc, I've started with an FQ-400, and the rest of the cars on the list are:

Honda S2000
Mazda RX-7
Toyota Supra MKIV
and others...

might make an animation, anyways I need some help on modifying aspects, I mean I love the bulletproof s2k, but im not fond of the front bumper, same thing with amuse one so anyone got any ideas on similar looking kits or just as nice? and any other external parts, might model some engine components also if I get time.

In the meanwhile heres some of my work on the FQ

Awesome work on the Evo, looks really accurate. How exactly is this done? Do you get actual measurements from every part of the car or just do it by eye?

If it's possible, I'd say try making something custom for the S2000. Who knows, maybe a company will want to produce it if people like it enough

thanks man,

well just got overall dimensions from a few sites, height width length etc, and I acquired blueprints which have been fairly accurate to what I can use, so its some of that and by eye, the wheels were calculated - cant remember what the tyre widths were but im sure they're 19"s
Its polymodelling, basically the technique used for games and animation/film as opposed to engineering.

So a custom kit- think someone will give me a free S2k if I do nah yeah that could work out pretty interesting though...

thanks man,
it depends on how hard the car is to model, the more crazy surfaces the harder it tends to be. I mean I could get it done within two weeks, but usually a month or so would be an average. It just depends on my life really, because its not any professional work its whenever I get free time or when I get caught speeding and forced to stay indoors : /

Well I have another month before uni starts so i should hopefully get it done. maybe

anyway heres a start on the hood, I was thinking of doing the spoon kit first and then when I know the car a bit do a custom kit afterwards. Just one little problem - the spoon hood, on the rhs is it one large vent or two vents? its a bit hard to distinguish in pictures. Also some volk CE28N's, made for the evo but they look nice on an s2k maybe needs a bit more concavity though.
