once we start acting all "hard" over there, what stops it from comming here? next time someone so much as suggests that you commited a crime (in some states speeding over a certain amount is a felony) do you want to police to beat/sick dogs on/murder you?

I know I am being a bit "light" about this topic but honestly, I believe corporal punishment is the only way to get people in line.
I know there is never going to be a 100% perfect way of finding someone's guilt. TO that I say, some innocense must be lost for the greater good.
