Have you driven one? I was pretty happy w/ my choice of the S2K over the M3, until my neighbor brought one home and let me drive it (I almost took his spot on the waiting list). At least I can still be content knowing that I saved ~$20K. It's prob. the best overall car I've ever driven, and the engine/exhaust note is drool inducing!

I've heard and read, many times, that there really is no better car to be had in the US, for all-around sports car joy, than a new 911.
I'd be inclined to agree.

Porsche is finishing up the new Targa model, I believe. Give me the cash and I'd love to see a sweet 911 Targa 4 (AWD) in my garage every day. Dang. It'll have the 911 Turbo headlight design and all. Yeah, baby.
