My newest pet peeve is mentally handicapped people who are allowed to drive cars. For example, people who take up more than one parking spot with their car, people who don't signal before changing lanes, people who drive 50mph in the faster lanes, people who drive excessively slow or apply their brakes only at the last minute before turning.

I submit that anyone with an IQ below say 111 should not be allowed to drive. Since the average American probably scores a 98, I think that this would sufficiently clear up our roads of the riff-raff. Perhaps these people you mentioned who are parking in Handicap spots are simply mentally handicapped? If so, they should be made to use public transportation, in the form of a short, yellow, bus.

All you need is two legs, no one said they need to be real.

Isn't the correct term "rift-raft"?

c'mon. it could be argued that people who drive fast and spiritedly on public roads are equally annoying and hazardous to the rest of the motorists, so maybe those people (which most of us here probably qualify to be) should be banned from the road as well.

The S is one of the few cars that have excellent pedal position that allows someone like myself with a left BK amputation to drive it. I usually don't get a manual transmission on anything, and almost got a Solstice when I heard that they were making them with an automatic, but when I went to my favorite auto dealer (Bob Rohrman Indy Honda) they said to get in and try it.

Sure, I will probably need a new clutch sooner than most, but it is most certainly worth the price of admission.

I saw some guy in a Corvette park in the handicapped place the other day.......so I ran his @$$ over........Made an honest man out of him after all. Then his crazy mom came hobbling over swinging her crutches, yelling at ME!! Crazy Bi*ch!!! Now I guess they can car pool or something.

Sorry just had to add my 2 cents too. Heard it a couple of years ago and it just kind of stuck.

this makes me mad to, my 89 year old grandma lives with us and when we go out with her we take her car because she has handicap placards on her liscense plate and i usually drive, half the time all the handicap spots are taken by people who dont even have liscense plates or placards, we went to in n out the other nite and both spots were taken by one person who was just waiting for somebody inside, i honked at him and he waves me off, the other car was some soccor coach with 3 kids
