We had some a couple months back, the North American version. A group of about 5 of us sat around telling stories and passing the bottle in a circle till it was all gone. That stuff will heat up your insides very nicely. It's like a burning when you sip it.

 

hmmmm, no hallucinations ha? well, I'm a boozer none the less, so I look forward to drinking it.

 

Anybody have a pic of the bottle. I've never heard of this before.

 

There are different brands, just search bevmo.com for absinthe. or google it and you'll see different one's.

There are two major brands in the US right now. Kubler (better and cheaper) or Lucid.
