advice needed: relationship issues
this new guy is pathetic. seems to be the jealous type and its showing already after a week!!?? wtf? he then tells you obvious lies and apologizes afterwards. not good.. imagine what hes like at two weeks!
...since i think that no ONE action can be solely indicative of a person's character, i think you should give the new dood another chance. everbody makes mistakes, and despite what the homies on here say, he had a pretty good reason to be insecure. besides, doesn't everyone deserve a second chance?

when i met my wife (to be), i told her, i have no time for fights....we're on this planet for a short time...let's accomplish things and live a good life....you listen to me, i'll listen to you, you trust me, i'll trust you.
in a year of engagement and 11 years of marriage, we've had a few differences, but nothing that i would consider or construe as a "fight".
like seriously, what's the point? it's so immature....

It is a true statement, that women tend to roll from one to another with overlap. Some of them are just plain stupid that way. For some reason a lot of them HAVE to have a man.
And guys don't do the same thing?
C_Unit - I don't know what's up with the new guy, but I see a huge red flag in him being persistent in wanting to pick you up despite your wishes. Like others have said, if he's like this in the first week and a half, think of what he'll be like in the second week, or in a year.

This really doesn't apply to me now because I am married but when I was single I would love to be the rebound guy. This scenario was perfect because the sex would come quickly and I would just have to pretend to be interested for 2 weeks or so. Women eventually begin to distance themselves from rebound guys because it just never works out. Its perfect because I could get the goods and I still wouldn't look like the bad guy afterwards because the girl broke it off
