i would take the pretty beach body, why do i need to be able to lift x amount of lbs when girls think i can

everyone's got different goals in life in terms of their physique
i prefer to be able to snatch 225+lbs, c&j 300+ lbs, do an iron cross, get myself a 40in + vertical, run marathon's in sub 4hours, eventually run a triathalon, and do fairly well in ANY sport i get myself involved in

being in shape isnt about looking good @ the beach
being in shape is to prepare yourself for when life throws you a curveball
it's about being able to sprint down to the next crew serve machine gun with an ammo can in each hand when rounds are being shot down range cause your life as well as your brothers to your left and right depend on you to be able to carry your own weight.
and lastly, I train to not suck at life...looking good at the beach will follow if you keep up with this program.

it's very hard to find a workout program that can help you accomplish all that

try searching crossfit on youtube and see what you come up with..you'll be surprised just how nice some of the bodies of these men and women have and they claim it to be a crossfit body (no homo)
